saieth that he saw seuerall parties runinge downe, haveinge asked Ro: fford how they came, he answeared that sent a Convoy with them and that his ffather was left on the top of the hill and feared he should be kill’d & vpon inquiry hard that the Convoy tooke away his goods & that William Leagh oh Rean kill’d him
