Thomas ô Kissan of Tallow bridge in the County of Waterford yeoman beinge duely sworne and examined deposeth and sayth as ffolloweth this nynth of October 1652. Taken before me
<1 >Beinge duely examined Concerneinge the death of John Walker Late of Youghall butcher he deposeth and sayth that he this deponent about seaven yeares since Comeinge from Tallowe with the sayde John Walker & twoe other English men and bringinge of Catle to Youghall theire mett them a party of foote which then Lay att the parke howse and a litle aboue the Twoe Myles bridge and there they tooke this deponent the sayd John Walker & thother twoe English men and Carryed them prysoners vnto the Glyn and theire on John Roe with the rest of his Company of which Morris McRickard was one beinge now shewed him, he knoweth that he was one of that partie when the saide John Walker and twoe others were murdered and when they were taken prisoners
