John Casburne of Belturbot in the County of Cavan being duly sworne saith That at or aboute the 24th day of October last past he was robbed & dispoyld of his goods & howshold stuffe & ready money to the value of forty five pounds two shillings sterling and at that tyme being with his wife & Children beaten & stript of their cloathes which was done by Phillip mc Shane <a> o Rely of Bally Cargy Castle in the said County Esquire Thomas mc Gilpatrick Boy of the parish of drumlane in the same County gentleman Owen Brady of the parish of Anna gentleman & others their followers
