William Vinson of Waters Land Neere Kinsale Aged about 35 yeares beinge sworne and Examined saith that hee Liuinge as afforesid knew the said Mallifant the yeare 41
That this deponent beinge then keepinge of the Cattle of Mr Thomas one Waters Land afforesaid saw the said Mallifant and John Longe then High Shreife and diuers others driuinge before them as this deponent supposeth the Number of 1000 sheepe & about 100 hed Cattle with Garrans to the Campe of BellGooly which Catle were with all English mens & farther saith Not
