John Morly of Kinsale Gent Aged about 50 yeares beinge sworne and examined Saith that hee Liuinge att Bellgooly within two Miles of Kinsale in the yeare 41
<1> The hee knew the said James Younge sonne to the afforesaid John Younge Liuing in Kinsale in the first yeare of the Rebellion That hee Left the aforesaid <(2)>Towne and went to Bellgooly where there was att that time a Campe of Irish Rebells
<(3)> That hee did Actually Contribute Assista{nce} to the Eneimy
<(5)> That hee was both att publique and priuate Meetings with the Eneimy
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that for his thus Actinge Ass hee was Aprehended and Carried prisoner to Corke where hee was tried at A Court Marshall and Condemned Afterward Released upon A fine, and farther Saith Not
