<(1)> John Morton of Kinsale Aged about 60 years sworne and Examined Saith that hee knew tthe abouesayd Tho Meagh hwhen hee Comanded a Company of men in Kinsale for defence therof in the yeare 1641 <(2)> and that in the Latter End of the said year hee went thence to the Rebells and Carried a small barrell of pouder with him & Continued forth but wheare then hee knoweth not or whether hee bee Liuinge or dead & further sayth not taken before us
