James Bowler of Kinsale Cutler Aged about 40 years beinge sworne & Examined Saith that the Marshall of the Towne & the abouesaid Plunkett beinge in the Street together against this deponent Shop and beinge att hott words one with Another this deponent heard <3)> the aboue Marshall Tell the said Plunk{ett} in the open street to his face that hee Conueied Armes to the Irish parti{e} the which this deponent did not here the said Plunkett deny and further Saith not:
