<Mallow March 10th 1653> Depositions taken Concerninge Richard Cundon of Ballidargane of the Barrony of ffern Cundons in the yeare 41
John Henley of Ballihendon of the Barrony of ffermoy Aged about 32 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith that hee knew the aforesaid Cundon liuinge as afforesaid the same yeare
That hee the said Cundon was in Actuall Armes with the Eneimy in the same yeare
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee Liuinge as afforesaid Knew the afforesaid Cundon and hath often Seine him in Actuall Armes & farther saith not
