<Mallow March 10th 1653> Depositions taken Concerninge Morrice McEdmond Cundon of Kilabarrige in the Barrony of Cundons in the yeare 41
John Henley of Balliheaden in the Barrony of ffermoy Aged about 32 yeares beinge sworne & Examined saith that hee knew the afforesaid Morrice Mc Edmond Liuinge as afforesaid the same yeare
That hee was in Actuall Armes with the Eneimy the same yeare
The Cause of this deponents knowlede is that hee hath often seene the afforesaid Morrice in Actuall Armes and as itt was Generally Reported that the said Morrice was one of the Actiues of Irish against the English and farther saith not
