<Kinsale ffebruary 17 1653> Deposicons taken Concerninge Owen O Lough and his sonnes of MuskunnaGlass of the Barrony of Muskery in the yeare 1641
John Weare of Neiuce Towne in the Barron{y} of Kinellmeaky Aged about 50 yeares beinge sworne and examined saith
<1)> That hee knew the afforesaid owen and his sonnes Liuinge as afforesaid and did not Remoue to any of the English Quarters as all the Rest English Inhabjtants thereabou{ts} did but did Continue in the Eneimyes Quarters duringe the time of his Life
<3)> That hee did Actually Asist the Enemy
<5)> That hee was with them both att puliqe and priuate meetings the same yeare
<10)> That hee had three sonnes all of them in Actuall Armes Against the English and further saith Nott taken before us
