[George] John Barkley of Mallow Gentleman Aged 35 yeares beinge sworne and Examined saith that hee Liueinge in Muskrey in the yeare 41 that hee Knew the afforesaid Lough Liuinge as afforesaid the same yeare
<3)> That hee did Actually Contribute Assistance of prouisions to the Eneimy
<4)> That hee tooke by uiolence the goods of this deponent Viz Wheat Barly and Oates

That hee was att Pulique and priuate meetings with the Eneimy
That hee had two Sonnes in Actuall Rebelli{on} viz Danniell and Edmond
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee hath often seine the afforesaid Lough ffollowinge of English in pretence to secure there goods but Conuerted itt to his owne use and that this deponent was personally present when one of the said Lough{s} sonne who was named Danniell did Cease and tooke by force this deponent Corne and would not suffer him to Remoue any parte thereof
