John Henley of Ballihendon in the Barrony of ffermoy Aged about 32 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith that hee knew the afforesaid Cundon Liuinge as afforesaid the same yeare
That the said Cundon was in Actuall Armes in the yeare 41
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee knew the afforesaid Cundon to bee in Actuall Armes and hath Likewise seine him and ffarther saith not that hee held out a Castle in opposition to the English & farther saith not
