<Kinsale february 18th 1653> Depositions taken Concerninge Patrike Galway of Kinsale in the yeare 1641
John Morley of Kinsale Aged about 50 yeares beinge sworne and Examined saith that hee Liuinge att Bellgooly within two Miles of Kinsale in the yeare 41
That hee knew the afforesaid Galyway Liuing as afforesaid in the yeare 41
That hee Contributed Assistance to the Eneimy the same yeare
The Cause of this deponents Knowledg is that hee Ridd with Captain Consadent to Muskery att one Coll: Crumine house where ther{e} was found 3 trunkes of the said Galway the which Trunkes were seazed one by Captain Consadend but what there was in the Trunkes this deponent knoweth Nott that they were brought to Bandon by the said Consadent and that the said Galway was Questiond but how hee Answered itt this deponent knowes Nott and farther saith Nott
