William Owles of the Barrony of Coursey of the parish of RingeRone Aged about 24 yeares beinge Sworne and Examined
<1> Saith that hee knew the said Dominick Roche afforesaid Liuinge att Kinsale in the yeare 41
<2)> That hee might haue Remoued Left the garrison of Kinsale and went to the house of the [ ] afforesaid Bellew the same yeare when mr Bellew was forced to Leaue his house That hee and Remoue to Kinsale
<10)> That hee had a sonne that was a fryar who went out to the Eneimy and held Correspondency with them and oftentimes Came home and was Countenanced and Releiued by his ffather
<12)> That hee tooke into his Custody the Cattle and goods of the afforesaid Bellew but by what Authority this deponent knowes not but disposed of sum of them to his owne use and what other use made of them hee knowes not
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee Liuedinge Neere him duringe the time of his aboade in that house that hee hath Seine the goods of the said Mr Bellew in his possesion that hee saw his men Carry sum of his sheepe home for his owne prouision that hee often saw the said friar att home and was Releiued by his ffather Cominge from the Irish Quarters and farther saith not
