John Justice of the parish of RingRone in the Barrony Courcey Aged about 46 yeares beinge sworne and Examined Saith that hee knew the afforesaid Carthy Liuinge as afforesaid in the yeare 41
<1)> That hee might haue Remoued into the English Garrison as well as diuers English of his Neighbors did
<2)> That hee Continued forth duringe the time of Warr
<3)> That hee was in Actuall Rebellion with the Irish for the space of 3 or 4 yeares and then Came home and Liued one his Land from whence hee Remoued and is there to this day
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee Liued neere the said Carthy the same yeare and obserued uery much of his Actings and farther saith not
