John Henley of Ballihendon of the Barrony of fermoy Aged about 32 years beinge Sworne and Examined saith that hee knew the afforesaid Roche in the yeare 41
That the said Roch was in Actuall Armes in the yeare 41
The Cause of this deponents Knowledge is that hee hath often seine a Company of Irish of which hee itt was Generally Reported that he was Captain of and farther saith not
