John Arthor of the Barrony of Coursey in the parish of RingeRone Aged about 40 yeares beinge sworne and Examined saith that hee Liuinge in LisLee in the Barrony of Ibane in the yeare 41
That hee knew the afforesaid Barry Liuinge att LisLee the same yeare
That hee diserted his house and went to the Eneimy
That hee was in Armes and in Actuall Rebellion and Raised about 150 men as in opposition to the English
That hee was both att Publique and Priuate Meetings with the Eneimy
That hee had Comand of [ ] the Irish in Armes in the Barrony of Barriroe
That hee tooke into his Custody the goods of the English to a uery Considerable vallue by his owne Authority and Conuerted them to his owne use
The Cause of this deponents Knowledge is that hee Liued att LisLee and was obserued the takinke away of sum of his owne Cattle and diuers other Cattle of the English att Seuerall times and farther saith Nott
