<Kinsale ffebruary 21th 1653> Depositions takinge Concerninge Donogh Mc Daniell Carthy in the parish of Templetraine in the Barrony of Coursey in the yeare 41
William Bellew Gentleman of the Barrony of Coursey in the parish of RingeRone Aged about 38 yeares beinge Sworne and Examined Saith that hee Liuinge in the parish of RingeRone 41
That hee knew the afforesaid Carthy Liuinge in the parish of Templetraine afforesaid in the Same yeare
That hee might haue Remoued into the English Quarters as well as diuers English of his Neighbours did the which hee Refused to doe
That hee Remoued into the Irish Quarters and Continued with them untill the time of Cessation
The Cause of this deponents knowledge is that hee Liuinge and beinge A Neere Neigh{ } to the aforesaid Carthy tooke Notice of his Actinge and this deponent ffather had A Custodium granted him of the said Cartys Estate by the Lord Inchiquin and farther Saith not
