John Bellew Gentleman of the Barrony of Coursey of the parish of RingeRone Aged about 34 yeares beinge sworne and Examined saith that hee Liuinge att RingeRone in the yeare 41
That hee knew the said Donnogh mc Daniell Carthy Liuinge in the parish of Templetraine afforesaid the same yeare
That hee might haue Remoued might into the English Quarters as diuers others English of his Neighbours did which hee Refused to doe
That hee Remoued farther into the Irish Quarters and Continued forth untill Ormands Peace
The Cause of this deponents knowledge is that this deponents ffather had A Custodium granted him of his Estate by the Lord Inchiquin and further saith Nott
