Dennis Hogane of Ballyhooly gent Aged 36 yeares beinge Duly Sworne & Examined, Saith, That the said Dermod mcCarthy his sonne was in Actuall Armes against the English in the yeare aforesaid
This Deponents Cause of this Deponents Knowledge is that hee was in the Garrison of Newmarkett when it was Surprized, and after the Surprizall thereof hee saw the said Carthy were Armes Amongst the Rest of the Irish Party that were there,
