(depositions concerning John Neagle)
Richard Sheaperd of Corke being Aged 35 yeares being Duly Sworne and Examined saith
That hee Knew the said John Nagle to be in Actuall Armes against the English in the latter end of the yeare 1641
The Cause of this Deponents Knowledge is, that hee was a soldier, in the Garrison of Moyalloe, when the Said John Nagle came with A Party to Burne that towne, and where the said Nagle was then Killed there, And hee verry well Remembreth that Lt Sanders (who Killed the said Nagle) was the Same time Killed
