Dennis ô Hogane of Ballyhooly gent Aged 36 yeares being Duly Sworne and Examined Saith
That the said Daniell o Keife was in Actuall Armes in the yeare aforesaid, against the English
The Cause of this Deponents Knowledge is that hee being in the Garrison of Newmarkett, when it was taken by the Irish, & Surprized, & after the Surprizeall thereof, hee Saw the Said Keife weare Armes amongste the Party of the Irish that were there and Knew that hee had a Company vnder his Commande,
