That the Said Dermond mcIrelagh was in Actuall Armes Against the English in the yeare aforesaid
This Deponents Cause of Knowledge is, that hee Saw the Said Dermod McIrelagh with a Party of Armed men plunder & Robb Severall English people that liued Neere him & further saith not
