Captain Richard Dore of Miltowne in the Barrony of Kilmore Aged about 45 years beinge Sworne & Examined Saith that hee knew the afforesaid Gibbon Liuinge as afforesaid in the yeare 41
That the said Gibbon was in Actuall Armes with the Eneimy the same years
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee Liuinge as afforesaid knew and did often See the said Gibbon in Actuall Armes
