John Barry of BalliClogh in the Barrony of Orrery Aged about 30 yeares beinge Sworne & Examind Saith
That the afforesaid Barry was in Actuall Arms in the Same yeare
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee Knew that the said Barry was att the fight of Liskarrill & hath Since heard his Brother Say that hee the said Barry was kild there & farther saith not
