William Jones of Bandon Aged about 5{0} yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith
That the afforesaid Carthy did Actually Contribute Asistance of Men horse & Armes to the Lord Muskrey men in the yeare 41 which Lord was unkle to the afforesaid Carthy
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee Liued within 3 miles of the afforesaid Carthy & knew that hee did Contribute as afforesaid to the Lord Muskrey in opposition to the English
