Samuell Moore of Bandon Aged about 58 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith:
That the afforesaid Carthy was in Actua{ll} Armes in the yeare 41
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee knew & Saw the afforesaid Carthy to Raise a party of men & broug{ht} them to the Lord Muskery & after his Deceace the said Carthy had a sonne that was a Captain who is since dead
