Thomas Goodchilde of Bandon aged about 60 yeares being swr sworne & examined saith
That in the yeare 1641 hee knewe the said aforesaid Donnah O Heys liueing at Balivaky in the yeare 1641 as aforesaid & that hee was in actuall Armes against the state,
The Cause of this deponents Knowledge is that hee was in a forte neere the Veale Castle & sawe where the said O Heys was slaine by the afo abouenamed James Butten betweene the two boggs & ffurther saith nott
