That the afforesaid Carthy was in Actuall Armes in the yeare afforesaid
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee f hee & his Tenannts of Irish tooke from this deponent 60 hedd of Cattle & one haggard of Corne two the uallue of 100 li. sterling & hath since Confessed this to the deponent up who hath recouered of him sum that parte of his losse & farther Saith not
