John Atkines of Bandon Aged about 28 years beinge Sworne & Examined Saith
That the afforesaid Mc Shehagh was in Actuall Armes in the afforesaid yeare
The Cause of this deponents knowledge is that hee Liued then att the afforesaid Castle & Saw & was an Eye Witness of his beinge in Actuall Armes as Also his sonne & further Saith not
