hundred of the Citty he this deponent & the rest that were left alive in the Castle yeilded the same to Generall Barry before named & to the said Maior Generall Purcell The Lord of Muskery the Lord of Castle Connell the Lord of Ikerrin, Oliver Stevinson Colonell, the Lord Roch Dominick ffanning Sir Geffrey Galway (since executed, Doctor Higgins Tho: Arthur James Arthur Lawrence Comin sonn & heir of William Comin Alderman the said William Comin himself John White fitz David Sir Dominick White knight Nicholas Poer Doctor Richard Bourk Bartholomew Stritch fitz Stephen Bartholomew Stritch fitz Nicholas Henry Casy Thomas Arthur Captain Stephen White Patrick ffanning & Thomas ffanning sonns of the said Dominick Fanning Michaell Maghan Captain Stephen Stritch & to the rest of those numerous Rebells that had soe long layen before & assaulted the said Castle: And some that came out of the Castle were shipped away & those that were workmen in their trade they inf (& in particular him this deponent) they forced them to stay amongst then & would not suffer them to goe away And lastly saith that he hath beene by occasion of the Rebellion robbed & deprived of goodes & dampnified in his estate the summ of twoe hundred & fifty Powndes at the least
