ther by Thomas dillon ffitztalbot

Robert Dillon of Clunmullan, aged 24 yeares being duely examined & sworne sayth that on or about the 15th day of January in the yeare 1643 or 44, Thomas dillon ffitztalbot of Walterstowne, did mortally wownded the examin Henry dillon of Cloncullan (, this examinates fathers) at in the towne of Kilkenny in the County of westmeath of which wound his sayd ffather dyed within three dayes, & that thereupon this examinate, had orders Directed to all officers martiall & civill to apprehend the body of the sayd Dillon ffitztalbot, but that hee ffled and absented himselfe & made [swords ? ] soe as hee was not apprehended could not bee had according to the sayd orders & further sayth not.
