<January the 20th 1652>
The Examinant Sayth that he was in Gallway when Captain Clarks ship was taken and saith that he knew Not therof before it was Donne and that the Examinant heard that Stephan Linch fitz Andrew and Domnick Kerwan & Andrew Linch fitz Robert & thomas Martine fitz Jasper weare Acctors in the in the suprisal of the said Captain Clarks ship and that some of the ship Men Weare killed and some of them Wounded as the Examinant heard and further he Cannot say
