Sligoe 14th of May 1653
<B> Oliver ô Hara of Tullihugh gentleman adged 30ty yeares or thereaboutts sayeth that mr william Crofton when hee was vppon the surrender of Templehouse to Capt. Brian ô Hara, Capt. Hugh mcdonogh & Capt. John Crean write vnto this examinant to Come to him to Templehouse, & receaue both the house, & his goods promised to bee secured by the said Captains this examinant therevppon repaired thether but when hee was Come hee fownde that notwithstandinge that Capitulacion his the said william Croftons goodes were devided amongest the said Captains & carryinge away, & the house dispoilinge, soe this deponent departed & neither received the houlde, or any of the goodes therein. And further sayeth nott.
