The facts & Crymes Comitted by William o Concanon & James o Concanon protectors, enacted against the State of England
<Imprimis> that James o Concanon son to the said William went in the dead tyme of the night with the Toryes <A> to Mr Rich: Dillens Towne att Lattume, and there pilladged & wounded the Tennants of the said Towne in August in the yeare 1651
<Item> That the said William Entertayned the Irish party daylie & nightly & kept their Ammunition in his Island one the River of Sucke for a <B> quarter of a yeare, vntill it was disposed of by Collo: Rich: Burke in the yeare afforesaid
<Item> The said William kept in his Island a Carpenter & a smith makeing pikes, halfe <C> pikes, head=pikes, with other necessaryes for the said party, vntill they Layed downe Armes
<Item> That the said William secured Capt. Laughlin <D> Kellys wief & Chieldren without any protection or other
<Item> that one Tho: o dillen drew a petition And Entered the afforesaid Crymes against the <E> said William, yett the said Tho: Committing some suspected Murther & for feare to be Challenged therewith, Concealed the same And Compounded with the said William & Receaued ffiefteene pounds sterl: & his band for ten pounds more vpon his Returne to the Countrey & went himselfe to the County of Lowth
<Item> That there was an English woman murthered <ff> by one Teage o Trassy & ffarrell o Bryane servants then to the said William รด Concanon
