The Receginzance of Thomas Alllen of Ile Lecale in the County of Downe taken by vs for the use of the Commonwealth of England the 19th day of May 1653 at Carrickfergus
The said Thomas Allen acknowlegeth to bee indebted vnto the Commonwealth of England the summ of fiftie pounds sterling to bee leauied of his body goods and lands, as in such cases is usuall _____50 li.:00:00
The Condition of the said Receginzancey that if the said Thomas Allen shall at all times, within or after four sayes warning, giuen him or left at his house or other place of abideing appeare before such in authority, requireing his appearance aforesaid to giue in euidence before such soe in power, whether at High Court of Justice, Jayle deliuery or otherwise, against Art alias Arthur O Neile, and not depart such Court or Judicature without speciall licence, that then this Receginzance to bee voyd, otherwise to remaine in force and virtue in Law
