The humble peticion of Michaell Dunn
To the Right Honnorable the high Courte of Justice sittinge at Dublin
Humbly sheweth that on the 20th of this Instant October your petitioner was araigned for the supposed murther of James Hamilton, and others, And that day month was appointed for his Tryall,
That the persons here vnder named, (who liue in Vlster) and were Actors, in the takeinge or apprehending of the said James Hamilton And are Able to giue a full accompt of the seuerall particule rs matters relatinge to the matter for which your petitioner stands Indicted and Araigned, for soe much as concearnes the said James Hamilton;
That for as much as the said persons liue soe remote and are beinge sencible of theire owne Guilte, in the apprehention of the said James Hamilton, and of the penaltie of the law, which they are in Danger to Incurr thereby, will not appeare vppon, any sumons of this honorable Courte, And for that theire testimony, (in discouery of the truith) will conduce much to the cleeringe of your peticioner
His humble request therefore is, that your honours would bee pleased, to grant your warrant against the vndernamed persons, for theire apprehencion to the end they may bee secured vntill they shall bee examined, by Comission, or otherwise vppon such Interrogatories as your peticioner shall Exhibitt, or that they may bee brought vpp to this Courte, to giue testimony vppon the petitioners tryall, And further Humbly praieth your honours <A> order to martiall Peake or his Deputie, to Permitt your petitioner with a keeper to goe abroade to Informe his Councell Atturny, as occation shall require from tyme to tyme
