William Howell being examined saith that he was a seruant to one Lieutenant Smith of Munioy & at their being therein he d{id} heare seuerall of the Irish reporting saying amongst themselues that it was very ill done of the said Brian Moder O Quin James O Cullen & Patt: McBrian oge O Carrell to act soe ffalsely against on e the said Pew & the rest murdered as aforesaid but this examinant saith he did neither see nor heare of the said Shane O Dealing to haue ben in Munioy at that time
