The petioner being very sick in gaole as I am satisfied he is, I desyre the committee for Examinacions or any two of them foorth with to take his reconizance with sufficient sueretyes for 200 li. that he shall not Leave the town of Carrigfergus vntill he appeare in the high Court of Justice & answeare vnto all such matters as shalbe objected vnto him on the behalf of the commonwealth and that he depart not without speciall Licence of the said Court, which being done the said comittee is to Certify the Gaoler thereof & he therevpppon to sett him at Liberty
