The examinacion of Dauid Kenah taken the day and yeare aforesaid.
<y> Who being examined and sworne to so much as concerneth others saieth that he is a botcher by his trade and hath liued in the towne of Clongwes wood this fiue or six yeare, and that when he heard that the english army was comming he went into the Castle for shelter, and saieth that he would haue faine handle{d} a pike at the fight last in the castle but that they would not let spare him any; and further s denieth that he knewe cardi ffrancis Cardinall or any thinge concerning his death, neither can fur
