<M> Whoe saith that he Came to the Cittie of Dublin on friday the 22th of 8ber Last, with the said Lo: MaGwyre, And further saith that the thursday Night before, they Lay at an Inn at Dunsaghlane, And the Night before at the house of Thomas ffleminge of Castleffleminge gent in the Com of Cavan gent, And this Examynant saith that he hath beene a servant vnto the said Lo: Magwyre these 6 yeares past; And that his ffather was his servant, Tenant, but now is not; And he this Examynant further <N> saith that they alighted in Oxmontowne, about 12 of the Clocke on the said ffriday and his said Lo: there shifted and rested himselfe vntill the fall of the [Night] Eveninge and then went to Mr Nevells house of Castlestreet barber, to lodge where he lodged all that Night, And beinge demaunded what Companie there was with his said Lo: after his cominge in at supper denieth that there were any but his owne servants, and that the servants, names which wayted on him besides himselfe, was Tirlagh mcMahon <O> gent. Thomas mcMahon his Lords footman and Tirlagh McGillrowhie his said Lo: ffootemen, And he denieth that either himselfe or any of his said Lo: servants were imployed in any messeadge out of the dores that Nyght to his knowledge; And in the Morninge his said Lo: went abroade, with the forenamed servants, but Left this Examynant in the Chamber; And further saith that
