The Examinacon of William Bourke of the Cittie of Dublin gent taken the 22th of November 1641 vppon oath at Board
<G.> This Examinat saith that vppon saturday last one John Den servant to Patrick Tallant of Dublin gent told this Examinat that there was heere in towne one (whome the said Den named not) that would not stay in towne these 14 daies to come for a thousand pound, and being asked the reason why, the said Den sayd that one of the rebells had sent worde to one in towne to depart out of the Cittie, for that all their throats heere would be Cutt within these 14 daies,
