The examinacion of William Lalor aged sixteene yeares taken the day and yeare aforesaid
<x> Who being examined and sworne to so much as concerneth others sayeth that he is seruant unto James Eustace of Clongowes wood and hath beene his seruant this foure yeares last past, and serued him as a Hogheard, and was in the Castle of Clongowes wood when the English army came unto it, and denieth that he euer heard of the death of any english man or woman that was killed neere Clongowes wood, and further denieth that he euer knewe any such man as ffrancis Cardinall that dwelt at Dunheda neere unto Clongowes wood, and further cannot answeare to any other question that is materiall more then what hath beene fully declared by the rest of the examinates.
