Edward Checkley of the Inch neare Athy in the Queenes Countie husbandman being duly sworne deposeth and saith that he this deponent about foure weekes before Christmas last was stript stark naked by the Rebells, and was robbed and lost by them sixe pounds in howsholdstuff and of a horse worth 5 nobles being all the meanes hee had And that he was robbed and stript by the meanes of William Cashy of Bellykillcavan Constable of the Inche, and by the tennantes of the Lord Dempsie of Clonmalery & Captaine William Cosby his men
