Donnell fferall of Ballygarne gent being duelie sworne & examined sayth nothing material but that he sawe lysagh <G> mc Connell fferrall & James og fferrall stripp one of the warderers wiues [ ] of her petycoat, befor at the tyme of the slaughter & the said lysagh sayd that he would keepe the peticoate to her vse, & further sayth that Captein Roger Nangle drewe the his sword in defence of the warderers & this deponent did labor to defend the said mris baker & further sayth not dat 21o Jan. 1641
