Daniell Cullen Inkeeper Acknowledgeth to owe vnto the keepers of the Libertie of England & authoritie of parliament the summe of _____ C li.
<C> and to appeere at the next Triall assises to bee helde for the County of du wik wicklow, there to prosecute Edmond Rely preist for the murther of CaHill Cullen and not to departe without licence of the Cort

The Examinacion Informacion of Daniell Cullen in Inkeeper taken beefore mee John Bysse Recorder of Dublin at Dublin the 16th day of June 1652
<A> Whoe beeinge sworne & examined saith that one Thomas Birne Glouer toulde vnto this informant that Hee was at Glandelagh the day that Cahill Cullen this informants father was brought came from Glancree thether; and that hee heard, the said Cahill discouseinge with other people there concerninge, the hide of a cow which was taken from him, which hide hee founde with a man that frequented amongst the Irish, and caused him to bee questioned for the same, in the English quarters, and in the meane tyme Edmund Rely preist and luke Toole, came together, to the place where the said Cahill was, where vppon the said Cahill spoke vnto Luke Toole, sayinge that when the said luke Toole tooke him prisoner, hee toulde him that hee woulde, bringe him vnto the said Edmund Rely and seeinge they were both present, hee desired to know of them w whate they had to say vnto him, & there vppon, they went aside and talked a while by them selues and then the said Relie, tooke his horse and departed and presently the said Luke Toole, comaunded a guard to bee sett vppon the said Cahill And after called the said Thomas Birne vnto him and they too, beeinge together drinkin{ge} aquauite, the said Toole toulde him that the said Cahill must bee put to death, and that hee was onely an instrument, to [ ] act it and prayed god that his blud might not fall on him and his children, for that hee was onely an instrument, and not the author of his death and therevppon hee was shortly after hanged by Commande of the said
<luke Toole, by the procurement of the said Edmunde Realy, as this informant beeleeueth, and further saith not for that luke Toole neuer did any <B> harme to the said Cahill (although hee were seuerall daies in his Custodie) vntill the said Relie came with him, to the said Cahill and further saith not
