The Examinacion of ffagckney Farrall of Newtowne in the County of Longford Esquire taken the 22th of ffebr 1652
This Examinate Mr ffaghkney Farrall aged 44 yeares or thereabouts being duely sworne and Examined deposeth and sayth, That he knew Mr John Ware of Castle Towne Malough in the County of Meath, and that he was Murthered as he heard by Christopher Hollowood, Andrew White and others of their Company much about the beginning of ffebr 1641, but was not there present. And Further sayth that the aforenamed Andrew White, was apprehended, and brought before the Irish Counsell sitting at Kilkenney in the yeare 1646 (as he remembersbreth) to answer the sayd Murther, but was by them afterwards dismissed vpon Bayle to appeare vpon summons when the sayd Hollowood should be apprehended, spetiall warrants being issued out for his apprehention, And further sayth not
