beinge sworne And Examined deposeth and Saith that vpon the thirde of nouember: last past he was robbed lost and dispossed of by the Rebells of the goods followinge

And this deponent further saith That John Welsh now or late of Killicarrick in the said County gentleman this deponentes landlord hath since rebelliously & force i bly seized vpon and taken possession of this deponentes howse and farme & taketh the proffits thereof & plowed & sowed the same with this deponentes owne corne and kepeth himself and his family there>
