<3> The examinacion of William Stafford gentleman aged thirty nine yeeres or there about being duely Sworne & examined by vertue of his oath vpon the Seuerall interrogatoryes in the Comission of inquirye in behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning John Sinnot deceased and Thomas Sinnot both of Balliraine, gent
<To the first interro,> Saith that John Synnot liued in Balleraine 1641 And all the time of the warr till he dyed which was about the yeare 1651 And that Thomas Sinnot his Brother liued at the Murrowes in the County of <z> Wexford both which places were in the Irish quarters And that they might haue remoued themselues to the English quarters if they had intended it but not without danger as this deponent Conceaueth
<To the 2nd interro,> Hee Cannot depose
<To the 3d interro,> Saith that he is confident that the said John & Thomas did in the first yeare of the warr and before the <a> 10th day of Nouember 1642 Actually Contribute money in the publique taxes to the Irish,
<To the 4th interro,> Hee cannot depose
<To the 5th interro,> He saith that he is Confident that the said John and Thomas were at the publique meeting in electing <b> members for the generall nationall Assemblyes
