The Examinacion of Olliver Keayting of Dongons Towne aged about 36 yeares taken in the behalfe of the Lord Protector and the Comon Wealth of England duly sworne & examined deposeth as follo against the seueral persons whose names are inserted in the Margint <Nicho ffitzharis, Bryan Kavenagh, Dowlin mcMurrro Kavanagh, James Roach, Owen mcMorris, James Routh, Edm Hyer, Will ô Doran, Ambr Nevill>
To the first and 2d Inter hee saith that the seuerall persons whose names are inserted in the Margint did live in the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence in the Irish Quarters and did not remove into the English Quarters as other <g> English and Protestants did & as they might haue done
To the 3d hee saith that the aboue named person did pay all publique Levies imposed vppon them during the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence as others did being imposed vppon all
To the 4 5 and 6o 7 & 8 hee cannot depose
To the 9th hee saith not
To the 10th hee saith that William O Doran had a Brother by name Edmond ô Doran <h> who went forth into the Rebellion about the yeare 1649 and so continued vntell the Laying downe of Armes by Coll Kavenagh and did Act in the capacity of a Lnt the cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee did see him come in after the Laying downe of Armes
To the 11: 12: & 13 hee cammot depose
